What we sell

We sell education. Courses, materials, live teaching, and mentorship. We do not sell an outcome.

About results you see

Any result, story, or testimonial we share is the individual experience of that specific person in their specific circumstances.

These results are not typical. They are not average. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. They are examples of what has been possible for someone, not a projection of what is possible for you.

Where a person shares numbers about their own deal, those numbers are theirs. They describe what happened to them. They do not describe what will happen to you.

What affects your results

Everything, including:

  • How much of the material you actually apply

  • Your credit, income, savings, and access to capital

  • Your local real estate market and its condition

  • Interest rates and lending standards, which change

  • Your risk tolerance and your available time

  • Your existing knowledge and experience

  • Factors none of us can foresee

Many people who buy educational products never apply them and see no result at all. That is the most common outcome of buying any course, from anyone.

Real estate involves risk

Real estate investing can lose money. Property values fall. Tenants stop paying. Repairs cost more than estimated. Financing falls through. You can lose your investment, and you can lose more than your investment if you have borrowed.

Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
