Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our position, in plain language

We don't want your money if this isn't right for you. We'd rather you get a refund and keep your trust in us than feel stuck with something that didn't fit. We don't use pressure tactics to sell, and we don't use fine print to keep money we haven't earned.

Black Sheep Real Estate Takeover Course

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason. You don't have to justify it or complete anything first. Email: [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you purchased with, and we'll process it within 5 business days.

After 30 days, refunds are no longer available, because you've had full access to the entire program, the Zero-Down Playbook, the Deal Analyzer, and the community.

If you're on the 2-payment plan and you request a refund inside the refund window, both payments are refunded and no further payments will be charged.

Community / Brotherhood access

Community access is included with the course. If you request a course refund, community access ends at the same time. You can also leave the community at any time without affecting anything else.

What we don't do

We do not guarantee income, deals, or any specific financial outcome — and we never will. What you're paying for is access to the process, the education, the tools, and the community. Any program promising you guaranteed returns is lying to you. Real estate involves real risk, and results depend on your market, your effort, your financing, and factors outside anyone's control.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please email us first. We answer, and we'd rather solve it directly than through your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can lock your account during the dispute, which slows everything down for both of us.
