1. Agreement

By using our Sites or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. Who we are, and what we are not

Patrick Capital Group LLC is an education and information company.

We are not:

  • A licensed financial advisor or investment advisor

  • A real estate broker or agent

  • A mortgage lender or broker

  • A licensed attorney, CPA, or tax advisor

Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, investment, or real estate advice. It is educational content and general information. Before making any financial decision, consult a licensed professional who knows your specific situation.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not guarantee that you will buy a property, complete a deal, earn income, or achieve any particular result.

What we do provide is access to education, materials, and process. What you do with it is yours. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, your circumstances, your market, your credit, your capital, and conditions we cannot predict.

4. Purchases and access

When you buy a product, you get a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access it for your own use.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or republish our materials

  • Record, download, or redistribute our live sessions without written permission

  • Use our materials to build a competing product

We may terminate access for violation of these Terms, without refund.

5. Live sessions and events

Live sessions may be recorded. By attending with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being used by us.

If you do not want to be recorded, attend with your camera off and your microphone muted. That is always welcome and requires no explanation.

What is shared in a session by other participants stays in that session. Do not record, screenshot, or share what other attendees disclose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Sites and in our products — text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, and the marks "The Outcast Investor" and "BrandFromFaceless" — is owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by law.

7. Your content

If you post a comment, submit a testimonial, or send us material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

8. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrick Capital Group LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Sites or our products.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Sites or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes
